Product Engineer : Research and evaluate different traffic control systems, advise clients on system specifications, selection, application and performance, develop new features according client's requirements, debug and test new programs, facilitate product localization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related, and at least one year of related work experience. ----------------------------------------------- ITS Engineer ( I ): Responsible for planning, analysis, design and implementation of traffic engineering and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions. Job responsibilities include traffic operation analyses, traffic signal design, intelligent transportation systems design, traffic impact study and modeling. Requirements: MS in Civil Engineering (emphasis on Traffic Control) with 1 year work or research experience, skills in software development and familiar with traffic controller operation and ITS standards such as NTCIP. ----------------------------------------------- ITS Engineer ( II ): Responsible for assisting clients with the application and planning for practical transportation operations solutions under the general guidance of a Professional Engineer. Position will entail providing support and assistance in a wide array of ITS projects and services including but not limited to: Planning; Cost Tracking; Design (Signal Systems, Freeway Traffic Management/ATMS, ATIS, Communications); Operations/Program Management; Evaluation; and, Traffic Incident Management. Candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team atmosphere with a broad range of professionals including engineers, planners, and public safety personnel. Position requires an ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and excellent oral and written communications skills. Supervisory responsibilities likely to include staff/technician assignments to conduct field data collection and other work as requested by clients. ----------------------------------------------- Software Applications Engineer: Analyze, develop, design, research,& document systems, subsystems, modules, & programs. Must have BS in Comp Science w/2 yrs exp in s/w dvlpmt & dsgn. A MS in Computer Science is highly preferred. Requirements: Extensive experience in C# and Java; Javascript and VBScript; COM, DCOM and Multi-tier Client-Server Apps; Web Services and Microsoft Transaction Server; Oracle Database 8i/9i, PL/SQL, SQL *Plus and SQL *Loader; Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase SQL Databases, and Stored Procedures.
